In accordance with Section 14a of Act No. 565/1990 Coll., On Local Fees, as amended, in conjunction with the generally binding Decree of the Statutory City of Brno n. 24/2023 on Local fee for the operation of the system for collecting, transporting, sorting, utilizing and disposing of municipal waste, hereby comply with my statutory reporting obligation and notify the tax administrator of the following data:

Due to any change in the data or event that could cause the end of the fee obligation, the tax payer is obliged to report such a change to the tax administrator within 15 days.

- will not continue residing in Brno,
- will not have a valid signed rental or sub-lease agreements for the purpose of housing in real estate in Brno.
