50 thousand of you who have opened an account on the website www.www.brnoid.cz and prefer to handle things online rather than spend time running around offices. We will try to add new modules and improve our services gradually.

Your data have been verified, and thanks to that your account has been changed to Brno iD in the full version

This means that you have full access to all e-shop services. You can buy the "šalinkarta" (season ticket) at any time, pay the waste tax (disposal fee) for the whole family, purchase the Tourist Card, or vote for the best ideas for Brno.

We've modified the website most of all to make it easier to add more and more services. We are working already on electronic access to services of the Jiří Mahen Library, and then we will sort out online management of your account for the use of the range of sports services of the company STAREZ-SPORT.

However, what is essential does not change. In the upper right corner you can still log in to your account at any time, and then just simply use the online services of the city of Brno.

Quite simply: either select one of them on the homepage, or just click on the Services tab at the top, and the menu of available services will roll down.

Tourist Card is a package deal combining admissions to the heritage sights or cultural events, and if you wish, you can add to it a ticket for public transport around Brno. These packages will be soon available to the city’s residents and visitors.

The grand finale of the city of Brno‘s participatory budget is here. Only until 22 November 2017 you, too, can decide which ideas of its inhabitants the city will be going to implement. Just click and vote.

In the public transport module, there are extended options concerning the ticket carriers – you can assign names to them or hide outdated cards. You can use the function of shared or subordinated accounts, hence you can take care of your children's tickets easily. Students will appreciate that the status of a university student can be proved entirely online (only for Masaryk University at the moment, other universities should follow). Before the ticket validity expires, you will receive an email notification and you will be able to select a follow-on ticket with a single click in the My Tickets section. Moreover, various other minor features and facilitations have been added.
