This time, the Christmas event includes all currently available gift vouchers in the Brno iD e-shop that you can obtain from the City of Brno as a Christmas present. Among the prizes are gift vouchers for electronic public transport tickets, for Brno dam boat tickets, for adventure programs at the Zoo, and vouchers for sports services by STAREZ - SPORT, a.s. and Kraví hora center. When participating in the Christmas event, you will be able to choose your preferred type of voucher, for which you will have a double chance of winning. Since September you can also buy electronic tickets for boat lines on the Brno Dam. You can already buy tickets for the 2020 boat season and all of the electronic version of boat tickets are slightly cheaper than their paper version. Newly you can also freely choose the starting and exit stops for all types of tickets. When purchasing, you choose whether you will have the ticket tied to your chosen carrier (bank card) or whether you want it in the form of a PDF voucher with a QR code (which you can use for yourself or to give the voucher as a gift).
Similarly, from September it is possible to buy and give a gift vouchers for a selected type of electronic public transport ticket. Purchased voucher is in the form of PDF with code, which can then be used when paying public transport ticket in the shopping cart at Brno iD. The vouchers themselves are valid for one year (from the date of purchase), so you can give them to anyone without worrying, as the recipient will have enough time to use it when their current public transport ticket will be nearing its expiration.

Electronic tickets for the services of Kraví hora center can be purchased in the Sport module. There are basic and discounted tickets to the indoor pool (and in the summer season also basic tickets to the outdoor pool). Just as you can now buy basic tickets to the ice rink Moravské náměstí under the statue of Margrave Jobst. Or you can buy general gift vouchers usable for all Kraví hora services.
You can also purchase gift vouchers for STAREZ - SPORT, a.s. services, which can be used at any of the seven of their sport facilities. From November 1st, it also applies to the new wellness area in Lužánky swimming pool. During the summer season it will be again possible to buy basic and discounted tickets for the Riviéra swimming pool as well as tickets for the Zábrdovice swimming pool.
In the Library module it is possible for owners of Brno iD full accounts to create new accounts in the Jiří Mahen Library (where at the first visit it is only necessary to sign the consent to the Library Regulations, children under 15 accompanied by a legal representative) or to link an existing library account to your Brno iD account online. It is then possible to recharge reader's credit online, prolong the reader's registration or pay debts for reminders and fines at any time online. In addition to its old library cards, the library has also started using bank cards as a library card since September (i.e. it uses them the same way as are bank cards used as carriers of electronic public transport tickets). Newly registered readers, if they are children under 15 years or seniors over 75, will receive an anonymous bank card with the Brno iD logo free of charge as part of their first annual reader registration. Others can use their own bank card or purchase it from the library.
It is also possible to verify new or changed personal data of Brno iD account on more than 30 locations of the Jiří Mahen Library in Brno to get or update your status. If you have a Jiří Mahen Library branch near you, you can use it yourself or direct there someone around you.
As of January 2nd, 2020, users of Brno ID with a will be able to electronically prolong their existing lease agreement to grave sites via Brno iD. After checking the correctness of current contract identification and the data of tenant (who must be the owner of the Brno iD account), the applicant will see the rent for the 10 year lease and displayed draft of the new lease agreement. After successful payment of the given amount in the e-shop, the applicant will receive an electronically signed lease agreement via email. This online option can be used only for contracts linked to a single tenant (in case of more tenants, all of them must deal with it personally or provide powers of attorney for the others).
